Constitution & Bylaws The Henley & Grange Baseball Club Constitution and Bylaws were written when thye club was formed in 1945 and can only be amended at the AGM. All memeber of the club must abide by the rules of the constitution. If you wish to make amendments, you need to give them in writing to the secretary before the AGM in order to be considered and voted on.
