CONGRATULATIONS TO DIV 4 PREMIERS 2011/2012

Dominic Hodges Scholarship

As you may already be aware the Baseball SASI program has lost its funding this year and has been scrapped. Not wanting to loose this specialist training avenue, Warrick Marks in association with the league has launched SABA. SABA will be the same as the SASI program only it will cost money to participate. The positions were offered to current state players first, followed by those unsuccessful at the tryouts. As there are still a few positions available, it has been thrown open to the public.

Henley and Grange think that this is a great opportunity for our young players and as such, we have negotiated with Warrick to secure positions solely for H&G players every year.  The club is offering these positions to players we feel have earned the chance to attend.

These scholarships will be known as "The Dominic Hodges Scholarship" and there will be 3 of them this year. This year’s selected members have been notified and the successful applicants will be announced at the presentation nights.

"Henley and Grange Baseball Club is committed to providing a sporting environment free of harassment. All complaints will be taken seriously, and we will ensure they will be dealt with promptly with sensitivity and confidentially. Disciplinary action can be taken against the person(s) who may be found in breach of this policy."
